A great tool may not be the right tool.  When purchasing, be an expert on what you need to solve and do a proof of concept.  Confirm everything demoed is included in the quoted price. When selling, be transparent about features and cost. A bad fit equals a bad implementation. As staff switch jobs, their negative impression of the product spreads.
